The Embodied Nourishment course will help you recognise the thoughts and behaviours that keep you stuck in diet patterns and teach you to eat intuitively by reconnecting with your body's signals.

How 'Embodied Nourishment'
Coaching Works...

I work confidentially with you online every week for 12 sessions to build momentum in changing your behaviours.

We use techniques such as therapeutic journaling, conversation, and growth-work between sessions to help you embody intuitive eating.

You are then welcome to continue coaching if you require ongoing support.

This program is suitable for women who need support and guidance through eating disorders, disordered eating and yo-yo dieting.
